How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed during business hours are processed the same day, with a tracking number typically issued within the hour. Lyophilized vials travel in insulated, discreet packaging to preserve compound integrity in transit.
How should vials be stored once they arrive?
Lyophilized powder is stable at room temperature in transit, but should move to 2–8 °C on arrival and to −20 °C for long-term holding. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and protected from light.
